Services
What we do on site
On site or remote, every job closes with a written report, so you know exactly what was found, what was replaced and what to watch.
Troubleshooting
Fault codes, derates, trips and communication faults traced to a root cause, with readings and photos to back it up.
What’s included →Repair
Power, control and cooling components replaced on site, with old and new serial numbers recorded on every job.
What’s included →Retrofits & campaigns
Component upgrades and fleet-wide proactive replacements, planned site by site and tracked unit by unit.
What’s included →Commissioning
Startup, functional testing and parameter setup for new and repowered inverters and battery storage, with full test records.
What’s included →Remote support
Send us the inverter’s service data. We analyze it, find the likely cause and help your team troubleshoot. If a site visit is still needed, our technician arrives knowing what to look for.

Two ways to work with us
Under warranty or out of it — same crew, same standard
SMA service contract
Warranty service
As an SMA Authorized Service Partner, we run SMA warranty cases end to end: the site visit, installing the replacement parts SMA ships, returning the defective cores and a documented close-out.
- Replacement parts from SMA received, stored and tracked at our warehouse in The Woodlands, TX
- Defective cores packed and shipped back to SMA
- Service report with photos and serial numbers on every case
Direct to owners & O&M teams
Out-of-warranty repair
For equipment past its warranty, you work with us directly. You approve a written quote before we dispatch, and the invoice itemizes labor and travel.
- Written quote and your PO before any work starts
- Replacement parts come straight from the OEM
- Technicians factory-trained on SMA and Sungrow inverters
Fleet campaigns
Proactive replacements across a whole site
When a component has to be replaced on dozens of units — cabinet fans, relays or other wear parts — we plan the rollout, stage the parts and track every unit and every component until the site is done.
You get one status view of the whole campaign instead of a pile of individual tickets.
How it works
How a service call runs
- 01
Request
Send the site, equipment model, serial number and fault code through the form or by phone. Photos and service data help.
- 02
Scope & schedule
We review any service data you send, then confirm the scope and timing. Out-of-warranty work gets a written quote first.
- 03
On site
A technician arrives with the parts staged, makes the repair and tests the unit back into service.
- 04
Close-out
You get a service report with readings, photos and part serial numbers. Defective warranty parts go back to the manufacturer.
